Fix: Due to an unidentified problem, Windows cannot display Windows Firewall settings

When turning on your computer you notice the Windows Firewall did not turn on.  You may get a pop-up informing you of this or you may notice it on your own.  This is often caused by Spyware/Adware and Viruses.  I have seen this problem often and this is how I fix it.

FireFox extensions (also called plug-ins throughout this article) are add-ons for the FireFox browser.  For those who do not know about FireFox, please read this article first: Introduction To FireFox

When you first switch from Internet Explorer (or Safari for those Mac users) the increase in usability, stability, and security is quite amazing.  These extensions make you feel this way all over again!  The following four pages list out four of my favorite FireFox extensions in no particular order.  The last page contains a link to download the four plug-ins directly from the FireFox web site.
