Fix: Due to an unidentified problem, Windows cannot display Windows Firewall settings

Cause

This happens due to missing or corrupt SharedAccess registry key, which represents the Windows Firewall Service. This usually occurs if the system is infested with Virus or other Malware, or in the aftermath of Virus removal. In conjunction with the solution provided in the article, it’s advisable to run a thorough cleanup of the system.

    Thank you so very much. This fixed my firewall problem. Going to the windows website is like looking for a needle in a haystack. This fixed it with minimal effort.

    Thanks, It works. after restarting windows, "netsh firewall reset" in cmd. it’s okay now.

    OH great finally fixed it
    I almost had to go buy windows 7 cos i couldnt fix it but i didnt want to stop using xp cos ive had it since i made the wheel thanks alot
