If you have a publicly accessible computer or a computer in a high security area, you may want to disable the right click so people cannot access the menu systems. 

To do so, download the correct file:

Disable Right Click In Internet Explorer

Enable Right Click In Internet Explorer

Right click the above link and choose "Save Target As…" or "Save Link As…"

Once the file is downloaded, double click it, and choose yes when asked "Are you sure you want to add the information…"

Finally you must restart your computer.
